SecurityScorecard is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Director of Demand Generation with 7-10 years of proven expertise in demand generation strategies. The ideal candidate will have a background in the cybersecurity industry and a track record of successfully driving demand and revenue growth. As the Senior Director of Demand Generation, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing comprehensive demand generation programs to fuel our sales pipeline and accelerate the company's growth.
- Demand Generation Strategy: Develop and execute a robust demand generation strategy to drive awareness, engagement, and demand for SecurityScorecard's cybersecurity solutions.
- Account-Based Marketing (ABM): Leverage ABM techniques to target high-value accounts, collaborating closely with sales and marketing teams to create personalized campaigns tailored to each account.
- Multi-Channel Campaigns: Plan and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns, including email marketing, digital advertising, social media, webinars, events, and content marketing, to generate high-quality leads and nurture existing leads through the sales funnel.
- Data-Driven Approach: Utilize data and analytics to measure campaign effectiveness, identify opportunities for optimization, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Sales Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to align demand generation activities with sales objectives, ensuring seamless integration between marketing and sales efforts.
- Global Campaign Strategy and Content Development: Collaborate with the product marketing, content and creative teams to develop compelling, audience-specific content and messaging that resonates with target audiences.
- Budget Management: Manage the demand generation budget effectively, ensuring maximum ROI from marketing investments.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and customer insights to adapt demand generation strategies accordingly.
- 7-10 years of experience in demand generation, including expertise in account-based marketing. Experience in a cybersecurity company is a strong plus.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful demand generation programs that have resulted in increased revenue and market share.
- Deep understanding of demand generation tactics, tools, and technologies, with a focus on driving measurable results.
- Fast-paced and agile mindset, with the ability to implement marketing initiatives at speed to capitalize on market opportunities.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making and optimize marketing strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
